WHAT WAS THE YOUNGEST HORSE TO WIN THE PEGASUS WORLD INVITATIONAL CUP?

 The Pegasus world Cup has gone through many changes in its short 4-year history. The purse as deceased from $12 million to $3 million. The entry fee has deflated from $1 million to free. Last year, City of Light, a 5-year-old, won the race and collected a $7,000,000 purse. In 2018 the 5-year-old, Gun Runner , won it and collected a $16,000,0000 purse. In its inaugural year, 2017, the 4-year-old, Arrogate, won the race collecting a $12,000,000 purse and the current title of the youngest horse to win the race. No one trainer or jockey has dominated this race. This year will one of the two 4-year-olds prevail?
