Recent decisions by Stewards at Saratoga Race Course have raised concerns from fan. The roar of displeasure in the stands supports that. The main reason seems to be that the fans do not understand how the stewards' decision was made. A number of options to improve the process have surfaced. ThoroFan needs your opinion.
